Wow! I thoroughly appreciate the enthusiasm! I can’t say an awful lot about the new full length just yet, it’s getting very near completion though. I have to get my shit together with vocals and I think just one or two more songs of guitar stuff and we’ll be near finished. Half the record is mixed already, so we’re kind of doing it a little differently than most bands do. As soon as I can give info, I promise to shout it from the rooftops!

On a brighter note, WHAT I CAN TELL YOU is that if you read the March issue of Alt Press, there is a factual little blurb in there about Idy releasing new music in February! Our long-threatened 7” is due out in mere weeks now, and we also plan to have a video out for one of the songs on that 7” so keep that excitement going and make all of your friends check it out too!

Pretty sure a new Wilco record out, too. I’ll check that out.

I had a feeling we’d get a bunch of these… to answer this once, and for all…

YES, I understand it’s been some time since Idy has really done something new and awesome. Nobody is more bothered by the fact it’s taken so long than me! I PROMISE you we are working through some issues to get new music out as fast as possible! I know there’s rumors of us putting out some vinyl, and I’m here to say those are VERY true. We’ll have a 7” out as soon as we can make it happen!
